So day one passes with a feeling of happiness and satisfaction.Although there were cravings on and off,but will-power is the key.As I was supposed to cook meals for my in-laws and my kid, only that was the time I was craving for something good to eat.Otherwise as I had a lots of fruits to be consumed I did not have hunger cramps.
Somehow a quiet day,with pleasure,and relaxed mood.
When it comes to losing weight, the rules are simple:Consume fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis.Daily mild exercise of 20 minutes is also necessary.Do not tire yourself.
DAY 2:
All vegetables. You can have any variety of vegetables and eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. To get your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large boiled potato for breakfast.
Day two starts with a fix of complex carbohydrates in the form of boiled or baked potato. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day too consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fibre. Vegetables as may be taken in the form of a salad if desired. No dressing except white vinegar, squeezed lemon, garlic, herbs. No more than one tea spoon of oil.Its better if you can avoid any kind of fat in form of oil, butter, etc.
The following soup can be taken any time of the day in unlimited quantities. It is a supplement to your diet. Its called the WONDER SOUP.
800ml water,6 large onions,3 tomatoes,1 cabbage, celery, herbs for seasoning as desired.Make this soup any you can have it whenever hungry, not only on day 2 but on any day of your diet. This recipe is flexible. You may substitute vegetables according to your taste. You may add any vegetables you like: asparagus, peas, corn, turnips, green beans, cauliflower, etc.
So just gear up for the second day…….and keep posting your doubts if any.
I’ll be back with the day 3 diet.
